They told us that is unethical to keep her around. How long does it take to get the judge order, how much time do we have after the judge decesion, and who's suppose to pay for the lawyer fee? (We do not have health power of attorney)

What, They are unethical! Pull what plug? Generally cancer patients are not on life support other than fluids.

It is unethical for them to even suggest it is "unethical to keep her around". Tell them to go to hell as her family has the say, NO ONE ELSE! I would report them to the Medical Board!

Try getting her to a Hospice!

More importantly, who's paying the medical bills? I never heard of a hospital wanting to euthanize a paying patient.

Contact a hospice and see if they can refer you to a pro bono lawyer.
