I really need help by the next hour. I have looked everywhere. Okay if I put 5 as the input and 3.5 as my output also 9 as my input and 5.5 as my output. Pleaze help me by the next hour.

Are you on Meth? What the hell are you talking about? You must be insane so do this..
Take you output, divide it by your input then multiply it by pie (3.14). Then take that number and write it down, put it in your back pocket.. You do have a back pocket? Spin around 15 times and remove the number from your pocket and then put it in the freezer for not less than 3 minutes but not more than 3.5 minutes...Remover it and drop it in a pan of boiling water for 4 and 1/2 minutes.. This has to be right on so get a stop watch. Now that the printing is completely gone take the paper and stick it in your nose, close your eyes and the first number you see will be the answer.
