Who am I?

I am a shy person who believes that all people have the potential for good. My favorite color is green, and I am going to be an architect one day. I am not good with directions but am willing to try. I think that bravery is being afraid but doing something anyway because it is right. In the simplest and most complicated way, I am Me.

What am I?

I am a person who deserves and chance at life just like everyone else, including you.

The questions merely result in a set of judgments about the self. Positive. Negative, Or, neutral. Judging the self is usually a way to suffering. Most of us judge ourselves in ways that we would never allow others to speak to us.

You may feel judging yourself is important, I think otherwise.
