So I was in the store today and seen this stuff called Detox7. It says it's an all natural way to cleanse you system.

Anyone have any experience/knowledge/etc on this?

I wanted to by the product once but once I researched it I realized that it's just a waste of money. It's an over priced fiber supplement with a catchy name.
Fibercon, Metamucil, Citricil all do the same thing and at a lower price. Or you can just eat a lot of fiber from fruit, vegetables and whole grains.

I recently used Detox7. The first day or so I had gas, but was never constipated or didn't need to stay close to a restroom. I did lose about 7 pounds using it. Although it is not an energy supplement, I did seem to have more energy, perhaps from the toxins being eliminated from the body. Drinking lot of water is a must also. I had no negative side effects and felt good after 7 days. I would recommend trying it. The ingredients appear to be safe and the investment is minimal.

I don't know of Detox7 but do know about a few other cleansing packages or programs out there. There are actually many in the market that you can choose from.

Cleansing just means removing accumulated toxins from your body. The toxins accumulate because of an unhealthy diet and lifestyle and when you are constantly exposed to toxins.

After you cleanse, you should expect to experience renewed energy; a reduction in some of your chronic symptoms such as eczema, allergies, frequent migraines etc as well as a stronger immune system.
