I think he was in jail a couple of times. In the episode where he was trying to cross off, "Didn't Pay Taxes," he tried to help a prison work crew fill potholes and got taken to prison by mistake. It was season 2 that ended with him going to jail for Joy.
What is wrong with people who post answers that don't answer at all? If you don't know, or even have an idea, don't write anything.
