The answer will be the Dual Core. Pentium 4 is going to phase out with the release of Dual Core. Note that 1.6 Dual core is equivalent to 1.6 * 2 = 3.2 GHz.

it depends upon the speed of the pentium 4. Dual Core is 2 processor in 1. so if your speed is 1.6 its just like having 3.2ghz. if your pentium 4 is 3.3ghz or higher its still faster than your dual core.
