Your balls hang further away from your body in summer to get more air so they can stay cooler. Sperm can't live when the temperature is too high. It's a normal thing. Don't worry about it.
What type of underwear do you wear. You might be more comfortable if you wore some that gave you more support, but were still loose.
Keep up the j/k. That will help keep your balls making more new sperm.

Actually, it's the other way around. In winter your testicles are closer to the body because cold temperatures causes the cremaster muscles to pull them up. Warm temperature relaxes them and the testicles hang farther down, stretching the scrotum.

Is it real pain, or just discomfort? If pain, see your doctor.

The movement away from or toward the body is a way to regulate their temperature.

sperm are sensitive to temperature. Thats why your balls are on the outside of your body to begin with - too keep sperm cool. When you get hot, your balls get further away from your body to keep cool.

because of the heat or if you run a fever, all normal. Take a cold shower and I bet they will hug close.
Don't be worried
