It is a 2.4 liter four cylinder dodge stratus with 145000 miles on it. I just had the engine rebuilt and they reset all my codes. I went to have my emissions done and they told me that the OBD wasn't ready. I needed to find out what my drive cycle is to make the OBD ready. Any ideas?

You need to go on a road trip or wait. It's going to be between 300-500 mile. Any time you disconcert the battery it needs to reset. on My Mazda if I turn the key on and the check engine lite comes on then starts to flash, That means it HAS NOT reset yet. I would just call the dealer and ask someone in Service they'll tell you..unless there jerks if not try goggling it..or just get about 500 miles on it and try smogging it again
