I know I'm a virgin, cause I've never even been in the same bed with a guy, and my periods like a week late! Is there any way this is possible without me being pregnant?

If you have never had vaginal contact with a male's penis before than you can safely assume you are still a virgin and very much not pregnant.

Depending on your age your menstrual cycle can very greatly from time to time due to factors such a stress and diet.

My advice is to check to see if anything in your life, socially or physically has changed lately that might contribute to added stress or your physical needs.

If you don't get your period for months at a time or are consistently irregular than I would recommend seeing a gynecologist to discuss options that may help with regulating your menstrual cycle.

Absolutely. My periods are often late. You sound like a teen, so if they've only started in the past few years, then being late is incredibly common. It could be caused by things such as stress too. Don't worry.

If you exercise or are under a lot of stress then yes your period can be late. A lot of athletes get their period once every 3 months because of the exercise they do.

If you have not been in contact with any semen, not even on the outside, then you could not be pregnant. Sometimes periods get irregular... lots of things can cause it: stress, weight loss, weight gain, etc.

well yeah.

If you recently started your period (like this year or last year) then they are gonna be irregular for some time.

This can also happen when your body changes... like maybe if you get sick... or you have a lot of stress.. or if your weight changes... Even sometimes girls who do a lot of sports or exercise sometimes skip it...

If this continues for more than this cycle, i would ask your doc about it.

Your period can fluctuate with stress and other outside factors. Yes it is very possible you are not pregnant especially if you abstain.
