As "strange" as it sounds, someone with long nails may be masturbating and scratching themself. It could also be some breakthrough spotting between periods. Or....after a bowel movement you may be wiping from the back to the front instead of from the front to the back which might leave a small amount of feces around your front part. Always wipe from the front to the back because you can get a bad bladder infection if you do it the other way.

Discharge, it's a natural way, other than your period of cleaning germs, infection and other bacterias out of your body. Nothing to be alarmed about, unless it leads to other associted symptoms (ie.. itching, odor, sores) then it could be an STD, if you are sexually active. If not, then it's just discharge, best advise id to buy unscented pantyliners and wear, to protect your panties, these are also good for soaking up odor throughout the day, from perspiration.

It is most likely discharge from an infection, kinda like a yeast infection. Go see your gyno, and if you are too young and don't have one yet (which it sounds like by the way you ask your question) talk to your mom. She will actually love the fact that you came to her with such a question, and ask her to take you to your first gyno appt. If you don't have a mom, then go to another female that you feel you can talk openly with about such things.
If it is an infection, your doc can give you something to help clear it up in a few days.
Good luck.

Okay, sorry in advance for being so graphic, but here it goes:
When I whipe when i am on my period, sometimes some blood gets in that area, where the top of the panties hit my body, and it sometimes gets blood there.
If you are not on your period, maybe it isn't anything to do with that area down there, and you just spilled chocolate on your undies somehow? lol that would be weird... but if you dont notice this anymore then it is probably just something you should forget about... and just so you know, SHOUT set in stain remover works WONDERS!!!
love,

Spotting in between periods... That was happening to me. It had something to do with ovulation. I always spoted a day or 2 after ovulating. It could ALSO mean you are pregnant - implantation bleeding.

It's probably some old blood left over from your last period being discharged out of your uterus. Old blood turns brown. Don't worry about it...it's completely normal.
