It's okay if it wouldn't affect your court proceedings.

There is no time limit on it. Whenever you feel like your ready to date again. If your heart is in the right place go for it. Since maybe the court battles are over you will set your mind more on your life and the future, and if you think it is time then good luck to you. Just make sure that it isn't a rebound thing and this is a good person for you and your son.

What do you think. Don't just wait for the next 2 years or later to make things right. There you have, an opportunity then grab it..
If you want to and for your son. But only if 2 hands can clap.
Which mean whatever you guys have, disagreement, work it out.
Sometimes not all problems can be settle just by separation.
It's about 2 of you yes i know but at the risk of ur son's future?
Not to say u must think twice. As long if you guys still love one another, then what the hack. You love her right. What did you guys say in ur vow? You just wanna forget that.
Things will work out eventually provided if you make the first move.
Even if you have to marry her again, would you?

Absolutely. Most people wouldn't wait that long. It's not the fact that you would date but, rather, your behaviour in front of your son that any court would consider.

if you were never married you can date whoever you want since the relationship has been over for a year. Custody battles are a different kettle of fish.

Maybe instead of dating you should concentrate on your son. Spend all your time with him. And when you are not with him, work to make money for your retirement.

Of course, you'll have to handle the situation delicately and take your son's needs into consideration. If you can find a balance between his happiness and your own, it's OK to do what you need to do to be happy.

Ask your attorney first to see if there will be any affects. It's a shame that you can't date because it could hurt your chances with your child. That is ridiculous.
