My feet didn't swell. But, they did get bigger. They never returned back to their regular size. They were always wider.

I didn't realise because I'd been wearing one pair of comfy shoes all the time and then I bought a new BEAUTIFUL pair of high heel shoes that I sensibly thought I woldn't wear until after I had the baby. Trouble was I had bought a size bigger thinking that shoe was just made small for its size, but it wasn't...my feet had gotten bigger and at the time I hadn't noticed.
After I gave birth and my fluid retention had gone down (2 weeks later), I was back to my original size and my pretty new shoes were way too big!

Once I was 8 months pregnant I had to definition between my ankles and feet they we more like stumps...it was one of the worst months for me but the good thing is you're getting close to holding your baby in your arms which is the BEST pain relief ever!

MIne went up about a size, not just swelling even, but longer. My youngest is now 2, and all the shoes I bought even after he was born are too big to wear.
