i have been in a long distance relationship once before. its hard but you have to have complete trust in your partner and vise versa and you also have to be able to stand up against temptation. trust me, some people just dont get the point when you tell them you have somebody and they seem to always say, "well, can we be just friends?"

I've never been in a long distance relationship. I do know that some do and some don't. It depends on the couple and how much time they have to be away from each other. It's hard enough with a relationship at home. Some say absence makes the heart grow fonder. I don't know.

I think so but both of you have to be willing to make it work. My b/f is in Afghanistan for the next year so i believe they will work.
