i have plaid shorts that are yellow, green and blue. i was wondering if it would go with a white cami and a brown juicy jacket.

It would look the best if you match the colors in the shorts - blue, green, or yellow; in the cami and the jacket.
Try a white or navy jacket, and a yellow, green, or blue cami.
Fashion Rule # 13 - buy clothes that match something you already have, or buy something to match when you purchase it.

What was the point of mentioning the jacket was Juicy? Anyway, I wouldn't wear it with a white top (since you didn't mention white in the shorts) even though it WOULD match. Pick the color that's least represented, and wear a shirt that color, and pick a different jacket, wearing colors like yellow, green and blue with a brown jacket is not very...I don't know, it doesn't really go together. Hope this helps.
