I can't think of any movies but there is a new show on USA network called Burn Notice and the main character is narrating. He does a good job at it and I hope this helps.

Fallen is a GREAT movie and I will say Little Women with Winona Ryder narrating. I haven't finished watching Black Dahlia yet but Josh Hartnett narrates.

The Man who wasnt there, from the Coen Brothers with Billy Bob Thornton (excellent movie. Check out Blood Simple from them as well!)
Big Fish, from Tim Burton.
Legends of the Fall, from Edward Zwick, narrated by Stab.
Sling Blade, from Billy Bob Thornton (the movie which made him famous. Excellent movie, but you feel the end of it, from the very beginning, the music is chilling as well.)
Fight Club, from David Fincher, narrated by Ed. Norton.
American Beauty, from Sam MEndes, with Kevin Spacey as the narrator.
Seabiscuit, havent seen it, but a friend told me it was narrated.

I think Kevin Spacey narrates in American Beauty...there is narration in the Princess Bride...and Miami Rhapsody with Sarah Jessica Parker, which reminds me, they are making a Sex and the City movie soon...I'm sure she will narrate since she did on each of the SATC shows...
