Heads were replaced on Toyota Tercel and now going through about 5 qts oil a week (about 150 miles per week). Nothing on ground where park, not a lot of smoke, except right after going down a hill, sometimes going up a hill. Don't see any oil laying around engine, or on lower braces / brackets. Any ideas? Should I get an engine diagnostics?

It sounds like a valve seal was forgotten or not properly installed and you are burning oil that is leaking past the valve guide into the combustion chamber. You should bring it back to whoever replaced the head and have them check it out....

Did you check your coolant? It could be that oil is being dumped into the coolant passage in the engine block, ending up in the cooling system.

Also, remove the spark plug and see if it is black with oily residue.

Yes, you should get it checked out. Obviously, something is wrong...
