Is Troy a good name? With the middle name andrew? My wife is set on this name. She says it's unique.
I like it too, I just want some opinions.

Troy is a beautiful name for a baby boy. Andrew is a perfect middle name to match. Both are great names and he won't mind having the name Troy as he is growing up.

troy andrew is a fine name.. mattering on your last name watch the initials T.A. ?
i dont know many guys named Troy.. at least not recently.. it's kinda like hearing Levi or Eugene when i was in school 8-10 years ago..

I like the name Andrew(its a strong name) But Troy sounds like Tab or Skip............not a real strong,MAN's name. Just my opinion. Best of luck with your new little one.

Yeah, I think it's cool. I think it sounds very strong and masculine. And she's right, it's not overly common which is always nice. I think Troy Andrew is fabulous, Great Choice!

I think Troy is an ugly name. This is just my opinion...I don't know, It just, for some reason, makes me think of a nerd. Same with Andrew. They just fall along the same lines as Poindexter and Dilton, for me.
