How will they continue the show after they left the island? I know there will be another season but how will they do it? Are they all gonna get lost again or something? If so that would be stupid. Am I the only one confused?

They haven't left the island, that was just a flashforward....i.e. a possibility of what 'could' happen in the future, but with Lost nothing is ever set in stone.

I watched a few episodes when it first started, but it just didn't impress me. Just little things seemed out of place, like the girls wearing makeup and were shaved. I'm in civilization and I don't wear makeup or shave.
Anyway, they've left the island apparently, but they're still lost. Unless they left the island with them being found, or they left because they found a way to build a boat. They might just do a season with them floating aimlessly.

Sorry I don't know. I used to watch it..and I was addicted to it. But ever since the 2nd season, I stopped watching it because it's not interesting anymore and it just goes in circles..sorry I don't know the answer to your question though :)
