I don't. I also am not fond of companies that rely too much on resumes for that very reason.

no need for me to lie...
15 yrs. of past real work experience, letters of gratitude from parents and students, near to perfect observations from principals past and present, etc. my reputation and documentation of my work history and work ethics, speak volumes for me.
