Colorado Springs! Beautiful, sunny, not humid, usually mild winters, but does have 4 seasons, very close to mountains. in 2006 it was named the best cityin the U.S. to live in with a population of over 300,000.

I would choose Colorado springs, Much nice than Virginia beach.
