i recently lost my 2nd gen ipod and was thinking of buying a new one. then i saw that ipod has just come out with the 3rd gen ipod that plays video. i like both the 2nd and the 3rd gen design but i liked the fact that the 2nd gen one didn't have that shiny back to it because it always scratched easily.
so my question is, does the newest ipod scratch easily like the others or not. this question is intended for those who have already purchased the ipod.
also, is it worth getting or should i wait a little until they start clearancing the 2nd gen ipod and get that one...

fyi: i'm only talking about the nanos. i don't want to get the classics or touch screens.

and i know that for the most part all ipods get scratched easy but the 2nd gen nano didn't as much since it was all aluminum.
