All of the organs interact with the organ system to which they belong. skin-integumentary sytem duodenum-digestive system kidneys-renal system etc. all of the organ systems interact with each other this is how they each play a part in homeostasis the hypothalamus is the part of the brain that orchestrates homeostasis this is done with the help of the endocrine system and the nervous system see utube and wikipedia "homeostasis" and you'll understand better good luck
