I know exactly one person with that name, my nephew, Hayden Nathaniel. I do know an actress that is named Hayden (used to play on Guiding Light I think). I like it more as a boys name.

I've actually never heard it used as a guy's name, although I think it sounds just fine either way. I like it .... and no I don't think it will be weird. I DO think it has a chance of becoming very popular due to the young actress Hayden Panetierre (sp?).

Its a neutral name. Just look at Hayden Panitierre! She is an actress and I love that name! If you are looking at it for a girl I suggest the spelling Haydyn.

The man usually makes the first move. Even if she’s interested in you, the most she’s likely to do is to stand near you or make eye contact a couple times to encourage you to approach her. Read here https://tr.im/GK2mD

Once you see her, don’t hesitate. 10 minutes from now she might not be there or another guy might have beaten you to the punch. Plus, women can tell when you’re working up the courage to approach. Shyness might be endearing in movies and romance novels, but it doesn’t work in the real world. Approach right away, even if you don’t know what you’re going to say

I think it's cute for a girl's name, but I can also see it used as a boy's. I like it either way.

I have seen it used for either boy or girls.
If you use it for a girl definatly use a girly middle name.
If it is used for a boys name be sure middle name is a manly boy's name

Hayden Lillian

Hayden James
