Any idea how to make glasses that can see whats behind you?

I want to create a pair of glasses, or any type of eye wear that can somehow allow you to see whats behind you, instead of the front.

although, what would be even better is if it could see whats behind and in front of you, and can be binoculars with a switch of a button or something....

any tips? I think mirrors would do the trick, but not quite sure how to do it?!?!?

back in the day there were glasses in a magazine that had mirrors at the edges. They were sunglasses and they were really wide side to side. I think they were called 'Spy Glasses'
