A rectangular plate has a length of (21.8 ± 0.2) cm and a width of (9.2 ± 0.1) cm. Calculate the area of the plate, including its uncertainty.

So far I got 200.6 ± ?? sq. cm

I'm just not sure how to find the uncertainty.

The product of the nominal dimensions is 200.56. Calculate the minimum area as the product of the minimum two dimensions (=196.56). Do similarly for the maximum area (=204.6). You can express these results as 200.56 +4.04/-4.00 or 200.58 +/-4.02. Both forms are acceptable, but I'd prefer the former because it explicitly states the nominal area.
