Lots of them. Until you can create a universe from scratch and follow it from beginning to end, change yourself and the world around you in any way you please and die only when you want to and understand the answers to any question anyone, anywhere could possibly ask, there will be scientific issues that have not been solved.

How did the universe begin? Was the Big Bang the beginning, or was there a previous universe that collapsed into a singularity that expanded into the universe as it is now, or did the universe come into existence in some other manner?
Just how big is the universe, anyway?
That's astronomy and cosmology, but other fields of science have countless other mysteries. In medicine, for example, scientists are working on ways to cure all kinds of diseases, like cancer or AIDS. Though treatments have been found, many diseases have no cure yet.
