Of course. Since I am a widower, everything I own will go to my kids when I die. Virtually all of this has already been accomplished via inter vivos trusts. I also have a will in case something comes into my estate after death and is not provided for in one of the trusts.

I have already given a lot of real estate away to my step daughter and my grandsons, also my half in a company. Now I have this real estate im living in to leave to my nephew. Probably no money to leave.

Of course - whatever is left, they will get. I got an inheritence from my parents, and they did from theirs. I can't imagine doing things any differently.
N.B. If you don't intend to leave them anything, you'll have to make a very specific will, because they are legally entitled to a share, and if you leave them out, it'll end up in court.

All three girls will get equal amounts of what ever there is, and hopefully, some extra on top for the grandchildren, not to be distributed until they are 25 years old.

Whats left after hubby and I relocate. We pretty much think we help them and our mothers now as needed and do not expect there to be a lot left other than our house and vehicles and personal belongings. To be divided amongst them all.

They can have whatever is left after I have lived a full and happy life. If I spend it all before I die, hard luck.

Everything will be divided equally between my 3 children. There's no other way in my eyes.
