When you say you hate a team, Like I hate the Chiefs,Broncos and Chargers, do you think hate is another word for respect? I mean it's like When the Raiders are winning and one of those other three teams I mentioned are having a losing season,I know that when it's time to play that team, throw the records out the window because that team is bringing it's A game no matter what the records are. I think hate just sounds better to us then respect. What do you think?

I hate the "never even got close to winning a superbowl saints!"

I think it is about respect when a fan says "hate". Think about your teams rivals and all the hard fought games there. I'm a Cowboy fan and I really "hate" the Giants, Eagles, and Redskins, but (damn!) they have had some great football teams!

I really don't have a problem with the Saints, even though their fans talk more sh** than they are entitled to. When your team actually wins something, we might listen.

No, I am an Eagles fan and when I say I hate the Cowboys, Giants, and Redskins it means I hate them and I have no respect for them. The Redskins have been terrible the last 3 years and hate them now more then ever. The Giants are going to be terrible this year and I hate them now more then ever. The Cowboys are going to be ok maybe even good this year and I hate them now more then ever.

Thats one of the better questions I've seen in a while. You can get some people and me to second guessing. I think its a little of both. I damn sure hate Florida, Alabama, and pretty much all the other coferences, but that don't mean I don't stand at attention when they run on the field........
