I'll assume that you mean the illegitimate son. I seen an answer stating "Mae Young". However, on an episode of RAW, about 2-3 weeks ago, Mae Young wanted to have Vince's child. So, she's not the mother. From what I've read through many wrestling news/rumor sources, they never mentioned the identity of the mother. They only stated that the plan of the storyline is to have Mr. Kennedy as Vince's son, either legitly or he would of forged documents.
As for the mother.... I don't know... But with the clue of "Things are looking up".... stumps me.... lol....
