First, I'm very sorry for your loss. I've been through miscarriage, I know how emotional it is.
Second, when you start to bleed it will feel like a heavier period, but it's not a "period" so to speak...it's still a miscarriage. Two weeks after you start to bleed, go in for a checkup to make sure everything has been expelled. Anything remaining may cause an infection, so you want to make sure everything is gone.
Third, after you officially miscarry (when the bleeding starts)you can expect your next period in 4-6 weeks from the 1st day the bleeding started.
You can start trying again on your next cycle, if you're ready. Some couples need a minute before trying again and wait a cycle or two...or longer. But since your miscarriage was very early, you could start to try as soon as your first cycle after wards.
Good luck to you.

Im sorry hon. Yes anything under 5.0 is not pregnant. That happened to me too and it is really devastating. You werent too far along so it will be like a period. Probably not too crampy, just like a heavy period. The emotional impact is the bad part. It is hard.
Most docs recommend waiting 6 weeks or 1 cycle to ttc but thats just so they can calculate your due date easier. Basically you can start again right away. But remember, take time to heal emotionally. Its going to weigh heavy on you and TTC too soon might be really stressful.
For me, I started again right away and its been an emotional rollercoaster. Every month Im anxious to see a BFP but then terrified that I will either get my period or go through that moment again when that doctor tells me that Im miscarrying.
Im sorry hon, miscarriages are hard. Just take a month to recoup. Think of it as making that uterus a strong little home for your future child.
Good luck hon. Im very very sorry.

When I had my early miscarriage, I bleeded the 1st day very heavily, with lots of tissues and clots. after that it was like a regular period. I ovulated few weeks later and had my period the following month. The bleeding was counted like a regular period. My Dr. said with early miscarriage/chemical pregnancy there is no health concerns and it is safe to continue TTC. You do not have to wait for your 1st period. to start TTC again.

i think of the final element you're able to do is get a referral to a expert, somebody who knows what could desire to in all probability reason those losses. your stages sound very low as you may have a hcg point of 35 once you're actually not pregnant. i had my hcg stages examined at around 4 weeks my first ones have been 4700 ish then 40 8 hours they have been as much as 9200ish they have been checking for eptopic with me to work out if the being pregnant replaced into progressing. the stages of hcg have very extreme margins for the period of being pregnant i lost my first infant through a molar being pregnant this made my hcg stages abnormally extreme... like i say it extremely is fairly complicated and that i think of the final element for you is to get expert help, the solid ingredient is you may concieve yet such as you say its the preserving section you decide on looking into im very sorry its not figuring out for you and that i'm hoping you may get the solutions you so desperatly choose. get a referal. solid good fortune x

when you start to bleed it will likely seem like a heay period, not as heavy as a later term miscarrage. It sounds likely that it was a blighted ovum. I am sorry for your loss.
