My brother has a 2002 PW80. he cant get another bike. He wants to add 4-5HP and has a budget of 150 bucks. anyone got any links or parts they know of.

While your brother [ you ] is at it, add a Mr Turbo kit.
Im sure if you explain your power problem to " Mr Turbo " him self, he will look down at you with " puss-in-boots " style big eyes and fit you a socking great turbo kit for free.
All the power a 12 year will ever need.

no links but look for upgrades like a new exhaust, MAYBE a big-bore kit, if they even make that for pw-80s. there really isnt much you can do to that bike as far as increasing power.

If you havent already, there's a thing in the exaust that keeps it from doing things, also if theres a govenor on the throttle?
Maybe a better exuast, if they make one.

Remove the restrictor in the exhaust.
It's between the exhaust pipe and cylinder.
Remove the exhaust pipe and it comes right out.
