yes i think so. when people are in a bad mood, they don't want to be around people that are in a good mood. they would rather vent with each other.

Yes, I do....other people who are unhappy, love to dump it on others, makes them feel better. I just try to ignore someone's bad mood and do what I can to make them smile....ever heard the saying, Kill them with kindness? All it takes is a good attitude toward people that like to rub their misery off on others.
