My cell phone screen doesn't show anything, while the cellphone itself works. Because of this, I can't read the text message from t-mobile.com that tells me the password to login. I need the proof of purchase to get the cell phone fixed, which i can get on the site. What do I do?

You have to call customer service to help you out. If they can't do anything, you have to go to a cellphone store to get it fixed.

Call your cell phone provider to see about them giving you the password.

Go to the place you bought the phone and have them look it up.
