i want a lower rise, a flared leg, and back welt pockets which inside are longer pockets, not the stubs.

i like the dress pants at The Gap. They sell them in different lengths too so it's easy to get a good fit. You're description is pretty specific though, so it might be hard to find that exact pair. Good luck!
