It really depends on the women because no tto women ovulate at the same time. You can also start by counting how many days your cycle is, just count from the first day of your period to the first day of your next period. The doctor thought i was 8 weeks pregnant because they count all women as ovulating at the same time 14 days after but i am 10 weeks so there is no sure way of knowing.

Whenever she ovulates, its different with each woman, as ever woman has a different cycle length. Women can ovulate at different times each month, or even twice in one cycle. its highly uncommon, but it happens.
I actually got pregnant on my period. Fluke ovulation.
