YES if it pretains to divorce ,your lawyer will find out .at any divorce hearing.he hasto prove his income and his lawyer must declareit.but husbands quit there jobs till after divorce. But the
court goes by his past job earing.so it has no
baring,If it's a divorce with kids,the judge will
order him to go to work.and as a rule will raise the
child support as of what was ask.
You have a second chance with the court to make him pay more child support.IF he quites this
job,he will end up in jail.he's going to threaten you
if you go back to court,he cain't pay you.
WRONG,befor he gets out of jail,he goes befor
the judge again, this time with the STATE in court.
The state DHS will make sure you get what money is due you.he may skip the state but now
the DHS nation wide have goverment nets
to find dead beats.
they can run but cain't hide, and cain't work with out
using there social securty
number .
This may not help you, best i can do not knowing
the full details.
I wish you the best of trying to move on with your life.

Most of that information is kept confidential, so calling the company doesn't help. Maybe he'll leave a pay stub out sometime.
If you know the job title, you can go online and find out the range for that job.

You could ask another employee with a similar job there if they'd mind telling you what they earn per year.
If its a standard industry type job like say a motor mechanic, printer, painter etc. There are average minimum wage guidelines that employers go bye. This is free information.

The magic word is SUBPOENA
ask your lawyer, specially if he's trying to get around child support by saying he doesn't make as much as he really does.

One good way would be to find out how much he pays rent , or mortgage payment, then times that by three. So if he pays 1000 for rent or mortgage for his home, he likely makes 3000 per month. A good way to test this is times your rent or home payment by 3 and see how close it is.

Why would you want to know?? Not to be rude or anything its just that your divorced and you two i am assuming is living your own lives, so what does it matter how much he's making unless you need child support or alomony?
I just find it wierd that you would ask!!
Maybe you should ask him and see if he gives you an answer

Why didn't you file for child support whe you split with your ex to begin with? Now how much he makes is none of your business...he is your EX. If you want child support then you will have to file, the court will find out how much he makes and will base their decision on his income...you will not be told how much he makes because it's none of your business.

I really dont think thats any of your business unless he owes you child support or spouse support and you are not getting enough to take care of yourself. And if he does i think its best if you let the courts and your lawyer handle that part . Good luck.

If it's about child support, take him back to court. They should re-evaluate his new position.
