is this normal ?shes a very active child and healthy as well,my sis in law has breast fed her since she was born,she weighs about 16 pounds.

Yes its normal. Their tongues mouths, sinuses and lungs are not fully developed until theyre 3 years old. The snorting is caused by the soft pallet, and its common and nothing to worry about. My sons been doing that since birth, and he'll be 8 months on the 20th.

This is a sign of adnoid problem. Nothing to worry about but might be a problem later on in life. Normally will be taken care of when tonsils and adnoids will be removed. Also could be a deviated septum.

She's doing fine....it's just her way of getting attention along
with the crying...just make sure you know what she is crying
over.

my baby has done it from birth. i asked my ped. about it and he said it had to do with their sinuses and stuff and that its completely normal.

i've heard alot of babies do that when they're newborns. to my knowledge it's normal.
