Why did it show yellow circles with red question marks in circles when I opened spybot and checked for updates, It has never done this before and I don't know if it is something bad ? help

No problem here. If you click on download updates near the top of your screen the updates will download and as the do the yellow circles with red question marks will change and you will get a green tick sign. Nothing at all to worry about

You need to choose another mirror to download upates from. In other words choose an alternative site to download from.

dont use S-D, uninstall it and get spybot search and destroy
