Generally yes i do. I mean i still look for people driving by and i'll stop then. but yeah i usually do rolling stops.

No just because I am a new driver and I am trying to be more cautious, but yea I think I will probably start doing them every once in a while later on when I'm more experienced. I hope this helps =)

Better not ,I paid a fine for doing that very thing. We call them "Farmer Stop"
