I am neither a republican or democrate because i feel being on the left or right makes u too biased to really see the truth for what it is. Next time u call into the rush limbaugh show ask him what our government did to a peaceful, democratically elected former president of iran called mohammad mossadegh who was voted time magazine person of the year, and also ask him why we took him out. This is why i will never be a liberal or republican. I like to have my own mind to be able to process information objectively.

I have been listening to and appreciating Rush Limbaugh for many years. I do not know why anyone would be angry with him or hate him the way some people seem to. Why? He readily admits, right up front exactly where he is coming from. I proudly calls himself a conservative. He clearly states that what he is saying is his own opinion and that he believes that his opinion is based on fact and is correct.
He does not claim to be unbiased. He does not claim to be a journalist. He does not claim to be anything else. He tells you what his background is. He tells you what his philosophy is and he calls them as he sees them.
I would have no problem with any Liberal who followed these rules. I do have a problem with Liberals who claim to be unbiased. I have a problem with Liberals who just call other people names and make fun of people.
I am still waiting to hear from any Democrat or any Liberal what plans they have regarding the war in Iraq and the establishment of a viable Iraqi Government. True they are all on the record as disagreeing with pretty much everything that the current administration is doing or has done. I get that. But what will they do?

I'm thankful that Republicans feel a bit more connected to the media world through Fox News, sure. It's not my personal type of media outlet, though.
I'm sure there are some other media forms which don't lean incredibly to the left or right though.
Not every single other news source is incredibly liberal or Democrat.

I've never seen one group of people so obsessed with a news source or radio station as the Reps/Cons of this country. We all know why you rely on those stations.....it's the only way you can feel comfortable with you own ignorance. Keep in mind, Fox News and Limbaugh specifically cater to uneducated, gullible, opinion-less people. Apparently you are part of their target demographic.

I have no problem with Rush or Fox news. However, I recognize that no matter how thin you slice, there's always 2 sides so I make a point of researching counterpoints with CNN, ABC or CBS.

They used to report the NEWS, now there is no news, just opinion....I guess the news and facts are rather boring for most. You are confused if you believe that Rush and Bilbo are news reporters...they are news commentators, which really means thay inject their own opinion into analyzing what happens...If you can determine their motivation, sometimes you can actually figure out why they lie....what is benefit to them if they get the public to believe a certain thing...rest assured, your benefit is not their concern
