Except he didn't.Benoit may have been confused,but at least he understood that what he did was wrong.That is why he didn't try to run away or even wait and expect the justice system or any of you to take mercy on him despite the brain damage.Benoit did what he had to do and killed himself because it was the right thing to do.If he hadn't have killed himself,he would have likely been give a life sentence,but if they were to fin out that he had severe brain damage to the extent the law knew he did he might have been sent some sort of asylum.

What do you recommend "Benoit basically could kill himself and not the spouse and son"? He don't have killed all people in any respect! even regardless of the shown fact that Benoit did what he did, I nonetheless love him as a wrestler, yet as someone....i won't be able to say the comparable there! He would have commited between the worst crimes, even though it won't be able to alter the shown fact that he become a great wrestler! R.I.P BENOIT kinfolk!
