I know and you just keep waiting for at least one hour or less, because after 10 or 20 minutes pass already that phone is hangged up. I just don't have patience for it......lol

I agree that the music played when your on hold is awful, but at least you know your still connected. I've been put on hold with dead silence and it's worst because you don't know if your still connect or not until the other party picks up or a dial time suddenly cuts in

I know! If they want, like, soothing music, just play Apocalyptica!!! I also hate the crap they play at the school dances. One of the reasons I don't go. Hate seeing those little Junior High sl*ts dance the way they do. If they played some Children Of Bodom or Cradle Of Filth, Then, we could mosh!!! :D:D:D
