Are there any good acting schools/ colleges in California?

I’ve always wanted to act since I was about 4, but I lived in the Philippines and moved here about 5 years ago so I thought this was the way to get my dream to come true. I’ve also heard that a lot of beginning actors and actresses got their first gig at Disney channel. So I was wondering if they had any open casting calls and if you need an agent to audition. Thanks!
