1)

6x^2+19x+15
= 6x^2 + 10x + 9x + 15
= 2x (3x + 5) + 3 (3x + 5)
= (3x + 5) (2x + 3) [Answer]

2)

5f^2+48f+27
= 5f^2 + 45f + 3f + 27
= 5f (f + 9) + 3 (f + 9)
= (5f + 3) (f + 9) [Answer]

3)

8d^2+d-30
= 8d^2 + 16d - 15d -30
= 8d (d + 2) - 15 (d + 2)
= (8d - 15) (d + 2) [Answer]

i assume which you meant to place in writing 6x^2 + 19x - 15 =0 employing the quadratic formulation with a = 6, b = 19 and c=-15 [-19 plus or minus sqrt(19*19 +4*6*15)]/12 [-19 plus or minus sqrt(721)]/12
