Norton is one of three Anti-virus's that remain on your computer without being seen, go to the back of the Anti-virus pack and look up their phone no and contact them or go on line for help they will take you to a link that will take off the old Norton so you can install the new. You will not be able to do anything till you do.

Nothing should take days to install, there is something running in the background slowing your computer down or something blocking the install. Try running msconfig from the run line in the startmenu. Once you open that click on the startup tab and remove all programs that dont look familiar to you. If its a windows program it will automaticly reenable it so dont be worried about disableing everything. Just remember by disableing something you are preventing it from starting up with windows so be careful not to remove something that is protecting your computer

Yes and it should install within half and hour. Somthing is wrong with it or your computer. I bet your computer has a virus already that is stopping the install.
