I have a book in a bag project due tommorrow about Harriet Tubman. I need to bring 5 items that had to do with her life or symbolize her/her life. So far I've gotten: figure of Moses because people called her "Moses",copy of the Emancipation Proclamation,a run away add for her,Whip, and a burlap sack because she had to wear one when she was younger.
I don't actually HAVE those objects yet. But those are some ideads people have given me. But my mom says it would be a good idea to get some more ideas in case I can't find some of those items
Please give me ideas. Keep in mind they have to be able to fit in a bag. Thankss. :]

She had a ship named after her that was christened by Eleanor Roosevelt. Maybe you can find a model ship. Or a model train or tunnel representing the "Underground Rainroad". A wagon is how she got to New York. She also served as a soldier, nurse and spy. They have those little plastic toy soldiers and dolls with nurse uniforms or something like that. If you can use pictures instead of the actual objects, maybe you can find them on the Internet.

A whistle--she was a conductor for the underground railroad.
A map--you could find an underground railroad map online or you could make one up and draw it yourself.
Copies of enslavement papers--she was once a slave.
Something of 500--She helped more than 500 slaves escape, so you could count out 500 beans or grains of rice and put them in a jar to bring.
