No, it's not too early. I've already started my Christmas shopping.

No, I don't think it's too early to start listening to Christmas Carols.
I actually listen to Christmas music every now and then throughout the year, and once mid-October comes around, I start to listen to it on a regular basis.
Personally, this is about the time of year when I start to get into the Christmas Spirit, though this year that feeling started a little bit earlier in August.

Hey, if you want to listen to Carols than go for it. Don't let the time of year stop you. I would say it might be a bit early to start putting a bunch of Christmas stuff out, but I guess if that's what you want to do, than go for it. Don't worry about what others think.

It's never too early to listen to Christmas carols! While it is too early for trees and decoration (wait until after thanksgiving) it's never too early to be in the Christmas spirit!

I think that it's too early to be thinking about Christmas in anyway other than maybe shopping. I personaly do all of my Christmas shopping throughout the yr. but starting in August and September I start doing lots of shopping, Other than that you really don't need to be thinking about Christmas. I think you should wait 'till about the middle of November to start listening to carols, and other Christmas stuff.

Well, considering the original purpose of Christmas, it's my opinion that it's really never too early to celebrate Christmas. However, be advised you might get some funny looks!
One thing, though: I don't think the stores should decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving.

I listen to Christmas music whenever I'm in the mood for it. Just this morning I was listening to the Chipmunks Christmas tape.
It's too early to decorate for Christmas, though. I shop anytime for Christmas and I watch for ideas.

No way, I try to enjoy embrace Christmas as much as I can - with getting older, and missing the spirit at Christmas is something I really don't want to do. I think anyone that feels festive in Autumn is really lucky. I like to listen to Christmas songs, and plan lists, look through catelouges and stuff, it all makes it more worthwhile...

I think that Christmas stuff should be started after Thanks Giving. But to each his own. I had a friend who's birthday was on July 25 and she always wanted Christmas decorations as gifts. So day after Christmas I checked out the Christmas merchandise and bought her birthday gift then. Lots easier then having to look in July for Christmas stuff.
