Find your "places" where you can help others and also live off it. There is as many "places" as you can think of. Be a friend to your kids, a lover to your spouse, colleague, advisor, protector, salesman... A good place for helping is right here.
I know of no better reward than warm acceptance of my help.
Therefore "The objective" is to be helpfull and accepted.

I like peace of mind. I decided long ago that world peace just isn't gonna' happen... it never has, and likely never will as long as humans roam around. So I'm selfish in a way and vote for peace of mind.
That peace does involve helping others when I can, some thoughtful moments, some exercise in it... but it occasionally shows up. Ahhh.
