Mk, so i wanna lose weight a.s.a.p seriously. ;[ well anywayssss... what do i do to help me lose 10 or more pounds each week. mk.

Anything more than 1 or 2 lbs is UNHEALTHY - and even STARVATION won't get you much more than that (maybe 4 if you don't eat ANYTHING)...

Your ONLY options are lipo and stomach stapling - but those cost MAJOR $$$$$!!!

As for EACH WEEK - I think you need to be realistic here ;););););)

Try the lemonade diet…it REALLY works! I lost 12 pounds in 11 days and didn’t even work out. However, I would have lost more had I done just that. Any who…this is SAFE and you won’t be hungry.

The recipe is simply: 1-1/2 cup of organic lemon juice (Santa Cruz) 1-1/2 cup of maple syrup Organic 365 100% grade B (the darker the syrup the better) and 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (I used the liquid). Add to one gallon of water each day and drink it. You will have to do an overnight laxatives throughout the process with this diet to remove all the junk from the body. The one I used was: Yogi Tea - Get Regular - took it at night and by morning the fun became.

Purchased all from Wholefoods...its expensive but well worth it. This is all you have for 10 - 14 days. No food at all...the syrup will replace all the nutrients the body needs and the lemon will clean and rejuvenate...cayenne pepper is good for flushing out impurities. This is all you need...and believe it or not II wasn't hunger. Once you start it is really simple. However, I would suggest having very supportive people around you to help you stay on track. (If you have any medical conditions I would suggest you check with your doctor first.)

That is really not healthy and I'm not sure you can do it without being dehydrated, starved and faint...
