I believe that sex should either be less censored or violence more censored. Honestly, it's like movies are trying to tell you that killing someone is better (morally) than haveing sex.... I also believe that criticism should be far less punishable. I bet if i called some of my teachers what they really are (bigot, blasphemous, w/e) I would probably get a referall or something. Even if i CAN back myself with undeniable evidence. Conflicting views tend to be taken way to seriously. Instead of using that as a wake up call for youself (which you shoudl do), people normaly get upset and try to harm the person who said the opposing view.

IMO, the only censorship I can endorse
1) censorship of violence and porn for children. I believe our public libraries are being irresponsible in allowing children to access computers without parental controls. For the most part, however, parents should be responsible for censoring what their children view.
and
2) adults restricting the freedom of other adults, i.e demonstrations blocking public access or encroaching on other persons or their property.
Freedom of expression
Adults should be allowed full freedom of expression in all matters, as long as they're not restricting the freedom of anybody else. It's much better if adults regulate themselves, rather than being regulated by outside factors. If they don't want to indulge in viewing something, they can turn it off. I, personally seldom watch regular TV, preferring instead to engage in positive physical, mental, and social activities, and when relaxing, I watch uplifting movies. That's personal choice, which is as it should be.

All of it has to be our own freedom of expression, much as I dislike saying that. To choose 5 is to loose 5. The only way I know to change things around here is to vote, to behave as I want others to, to sign petitions about this and that, and in other words make myself known a bit through freedom of expression.
My choice for many years has been to not watch TV; half the time I don't know what the young people are talking about... but I read, and half the time they ask what I'm talking about! It all makes for good conversation. I might ask them your question. I'll give you a star for the "rights." thx

Censored:
1) Slander
2) Libel
3) Incitement to commit crimes
That's it. Everything else should be under freedom of expression.

Yahoo is a private enterprise and has the the final option to censorship. it is not denying rights, neither is it denying your freedom of expression. Any enterprise could desire to have the the final option to allow what they decide for and what they don't decide for. ---- easily, you're unsuitable. each deepest enterprise has each precise to censor human beings, even with it is content textile. This has been shown with the aid of dozens of splendid lawsuits and purely having a look into the 1st modification shows this to be certainty. "Congress shall not..." because of this certainty your question is invalid.

1. public porn
2. public sexual acts except in all adult forums
3. all violent acts, including hitting children for any reason
4. either allow women to go topless or censor men from doing it
5. the same for earrings, either censor women from wearing them in the workplace or school, or allow men to
i guess 4 and 5 represent censor sexism, while 3 includes children in the protection from assault that adults have
to me, censorship is about more then what we say/see, write about, its about our actions, and we really are censored more then we realize

I think the general sentiment that 'your rights end where mine begin' is a reasonably good standard to address conflicting ideologies in a society.
You are free to say what you will and express yourself as you see fit -- until it infringes on my rights.
